I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. If requested I will provide you with paperwork to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

To determine whether you have out-of-network benefits, call your insurance provider and ask the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health?

• Does my insurance cover Telehealth sessions?

• What is my deductible? Has it been met?

• Once I reach my deductible, how much do you reimburse?

• Is there a co-insurance?

• How do I submit my therapist’s Superbills for reimbursement?

• Is there a timeframe for submitting Superbills?

• What is the reimbursement rate for a 45 minute session? (CPT code 90834)

Should you need to cancel or change your session, please do so at least 48 business hours in advance. For cancellations with less than 48 hour notice or no-shows, you will be responsible for the full session fee. Notify me as soon as possible so that we can try to reschedule to avoid a charge. *Please note cancellation fees are not eligible for reimbursement by your insurance company.

I am currently offering only Telehealth sessions via a secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual platform.
